Policies

Due to the nature of our business we have a strict No Children Policy. We cannot be responsible for watching your child during your appointment. If you choose to bring your child we may have to reschedule your appointment.

The Boutique has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you must miss, cancel, or change your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25 at your next visit. For appointments scheduled to last one hour or more, the cancellation fee rises to $50.

Due to the volume of our clientele, we do not take esthetician requests for waxing services. All of our licensed estheticians are fully trained by company standards, and all services will be done in a uniform fashion.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated at Brazilian Wax Boutique.

All clients will have a computer photograph taken that will be placed into their personal file. This will be kept in a confidential company computer. This is done for identification purposes only.

Upon arrival at Brazilian Wax Boutique, all clients will sign in on the BWB sign in sheet. Failure to do so will result in being denied any service.

Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% to 20% of the cost of service provided. Brazilian Wax Boutique is a cash only gratuity salon.
